Hot Smoked and Ready to Reheat Slow Cooked Chopped Beef Brisket

Chopped beef brisket easy to heat and serve.  Chopped and mixed with our Damn Good BBQ Sauce and packaged in 500g packs.  Enough to make about 4 burgers. Meat only, bread & salad not supplied.

Meat will be pre smoked, vacuum packed and shipped frozen in temperature controlled boxes.  Meat will arrive frozen, partially thawed or fully thawed.  Place meat in the refrigerator upon arrival for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.  Thaw completely in the refrigerator before heating.

If picking up in our Kumeu Restaurant, you will receive an email when your order is ready.  All orders placed by Friday should be available for pickup the following Thursday.  Please do not come in to pick up before you receive the "order is ready for pickup" notification.
